Protein Balls

Use your creativity and you too can make your own perfect little ball.

Ingredients: 1 cup Nutracleanse, 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup sesame seeds, 1/2 raisins, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 3/4 cup peanut butter, 2 tbsp honey.

This will make 22 to 24 balls – depending on how much you eat as you are making.

Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl with your clean hands. Wash your hands (again) and squish about 2 tbsps together and roll into a ball. Eat right away or, even better, save it for later!

You can add so many things to this recipe. I have used rolled oats instead of sesame seeds and dried cranberries instead of raisins. All of the sweets can be omitted if you are following a low carb diet and the balls are still just as delicious.

For the Body: Mix equal parts of Nutracleanse with olive oil and rub it on your feet or body. After rinsing you will be amazed at how soft it leaves your skin. It is cleansing, exfoliating and moisturizing all at the same time. You can also just add water to the Nutracleanse and rub it on your clean face, leaving it on for 5 to 10 minutes using it as a mask.
