Time To Reflect

We have arrived! I am so excited that you are joining me for this 20 days of transformation. I will be joining you and look forward to hearing from you either via email or on Facebook or Instagram. This is an example of how each day will unfold with Mindfulness, Movement and Meditation. There will also be a YouTube video embedded each day with the day’s yoga and meditation. Mindfulness: Have you ever heard the parable of the men who were moving to a new village? Each one went to a wiseman to ask if he would be happy in his hew place. The wiseman asked the first man if he was happy in the village he lived in now. The man’s response was that he was not happy and the people were terrible. The wiseman told him he would not be happy in his new village. The second man was asked the same question and his response was that he was very happy in his old village and that the people were wonderful and he had many friends. The wiseman told him he would be very happy in his new village.

Today is the last day of 2019. We are also moving forward into a new decade. If you want to know if you will be happy in the next chapter of your life, take some time to reflect today on the past year, and perhaps the past 20 years. Were you happy? Ahhh… thankfully we have one last day to decide!

Movement: I am sure there will be yoga days that are not a perfect fit for you, that’s ok, each day is different so do your best and remember that tomorrow is always a new day and holds a new opportunity. You can also skip the yoga if it is not right for you and just do the 20 minute meditation. If this 20 day program takes you 20 weeks, that is ok too.

Meditation: The yoga and meditation can be split up in your day if you don’t have time all at once. Practicing daily mediation is the most beneficial thing one can do and if nothing else at the end of this 20 days I hope this will become a forever daily practice.

More: Tomorrow we enter into a new decade, 20 years since the new millennium. Take some time today to reflect on your past and prepare to write yourself a letter as to what you would like to see take shape the next 20 days and this new chapter of your life.
